Have fun learning how to make your own Khorasan sourdough pizza!  Come prepared to taste, mix and bake!

 

This fun class will cover how to: 

  • Use a Sourdough Starter for pizza dough
  • Using different types of ancient grains flour (Khorasan, lighter - Einkorn, chewier - Spelt, traditional.
  • Pizza Dough development.
  • Dough Fermentation.
  • Shaping the dough and baking.
