The smell and taste of cinnamon and the tangy flavor of sourdough combine to make a perfect Fall  bread, full of sweet cinnamon flavor. This fun class will cover everything sourdough - starters, dough development, baking, and how to add additional flavors and ingredients.

 

All ingredients are provided - bakery quality cinnamon chips will be used and available to purchase.

 

This is a hands-on sourdough class. Please bring your own mixing bowl, spoon and measuring cups.
