Returns:

We will accept returns for unopened items still in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.

If your item packaging is damaged or the product itself is unusable, you may receive a full refund for the same product within 30 days. Damage that occurs after purchase/pickup is not the responsibility of the seller and is non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

An item may be exchanged for another item of the same monetary value within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges may be accepted due to damaged/unusable products if damage is incurred before purchase/pickup.

***Due to some products selling out faster than others, if you are entitled to an exchange but we no longer have the product in stock, your item will be exchanged when the item arrives back in stock. In order to receive an exchange on an out of stock product, we must be informed of the exchange inquiry within 30 days of your purchase. 

If you’d prefer a refund instead of waiting for products to come back in stock, we will issue a refund.
