Ankarsrum Assistent Original is available in 14 different colors, including classic tones such as white, black and red. The new color Harmony Beige will be available from September 2022.

Ever since the 1940s, the robust kitchen machine Ankarsrum Assistent Original® has kneaded, mixed, squeezed, mashed and shredded in Swedish kitchens. The machine which is designed and manufactured in Sweden, is known for its high quality, functionality and timeless design.

o Made in Sweden. Ankarsrum Assistent Original is manufactured in Sweden. This kitchen machine is built to last and has a 7-year warranty. Each machine is tested individually before leaving the factory
o Sweden’s first kitchen machine. Ankarsrum Assistent Original was launched for the first time in 1940. Over the years the machine has been improved with more powerful engine, provided with stepless speed control and overload protection, which has made it stronger and more reliable
o Sixteen functions make the kitchen work easier. 16-18 different accessories make it possible to use the same machine to for example whisk, mix, knead, mash, stir, grind, shred, make sausage and strain. Today's model is compatible with previous models. This means that new accessories can be used on older Ankarsrum Assistant Original and vice versa
o Unique with higher capacity. It is possible to make up to 11 pounds of dough
with 1.5 liters dough liquid at once because the bowl holds up to seven liters in volume.
The open bowl makes it easy to add ingredients and to see and feel the dough. With
the dough roller and the rotating bowl, the Ankarsrum Assistent Original provides an
optimal and unique kneading of the dough
o Timeless design. The characteristic timeless design is as popular today as it was in the 1950s. It was first developed by the civil engineer Alvar Lenning. Over the years, the cream-colored original was supplemented with more color options and today Ankarsrum Assistent Original is available
