Classes - All About Sourdough!

This is a hands-on class. Have fun learning how to make your own loaf of sourdough bread!

                                        Come prepared to taste, mix and bake!

This fun class will cover everything sourdough: 

• Sourdough Starters.
• Using different types of flour.
• Dough development.
• Fermentation.
• Shaping, scoring and baking.
• How to add additional flavors and ingredients.

This class is held every 2nd Saturday of the month from 10-1.
