Khorasan White Sourdough

This is a hands-on class. Have fun learning how to make your own loaf of Khorasan sourdough bread!

Come prepared to taste, mix and bake!

This fun class will focus specifically on how sourdough needs to be modified when working with Khorasan flour.  Topics covered in the class include: 

• Sourdough Starters.
• How hydration needs to be modified when working with Khorasan Flour.
• Dough development.
• Fermentation.
• Shaping, scoring and baking.

This class is held every other month on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6:00 - 9:00.
