Organic Einkorn Pasta

Available in Linguine, Spaghetti & Angel Hair

Simple ingredients. Exceptional flavor.

Our Organic Einkorn Pasta is made from one of the oldest cultivated grains on earth—freshly milled organic einkorn wheat, crafted into traditional pasta shapes that cook beautifully and taste rich, nutty, and naturally satisfying.

Einkorn’s unique structure and lower gluten content create a tender bite and a depth of flavor you won’t find in conventional pasta. The result is a noodle that holds sauce well, cooks evenly, and feels substantial without being heavy.

Whether you’re making a simple weeknight dinner or something worth lingering over, this is pasta built on better grain.

Why Einkorn?

  • Made with organic einkorn wheat

  • Naturally rich, slightly nutty flavor

  • Tender texture with excellent sauce absorption

  • Simple ingredient list

  • A heritage grain with thousands of years of history

Cooking Notes

Einkorn pasta cooks slightly differently than modern wheat pasta. For best results:

  • Use generously salted water

  • Stir occasionally

  • Begin testing 1–2 minutes before typical pasta times

  • Avoid overcooking—einkorn is best with a tender, slightly firm bite

Spaghetti

Long, classic strands with a satisfying chew. Perfect for marinara, olive oil sauces, pesto, or any preparation where you want the noodle to carry flavor beautifully from fork to plate.

Best for: red sauces, garlic and olive oil, meat sauces, carbonara

Angel Hair

Delicate, fine strands that cook quickly and pair beautifully with lighter sauces. A refined option for simple olive oil, butter, herbs, or seafood-based dishes.

Best for: light sauces, quick dinners, elegant plating

Linguine

Flat, ribbon-like strands designed to carry sauce generously in every bite. Linguine offers a slightly heartier bite than spaghetti while still feeling elegant on the plate. It’s versatile enough for both simple olive oil preparations and richer cream-based sauces.

Best for: pesto, seafood, creamy sauces, lemon butter, and vegetable-forward dishes
