In this hands-on workshop, we’ll walk through sourdough pizza fundamentals: building strength and flavor in your dough, managing fermentation, shaping and topping pizzas, and baking for a crisp, airy crust at home. We’ll also cover flour selection, hydration, and troubleshooting so you can repeat great results in your own kitchen.   

You will make your own batch of dough to take home and bake as well as your own Sourdough Pizza here in class.  

Whether you’re new to sourdough pizza or looking to refine your process, you’ll leave with a clear method, practical tips, and the confidence to make better pizza from scratch.
