From Beehive State Honey, this Unique, Cold Extracted honey will never crystalize. This is a true, wildflower honey, local to Utah County with a rich, sweet flavor.

Cold Extracted:  Never heated when extracting the honey from the hive. 

Creamed:  Honey is gently stirred to change enzymatic processes, which helps preserve the flavor and shelf life much longer. Honey will be solid, but never crystalizes to a hard state. Always soft enough to spoon out of the jar. Color separation is because of the creamed state.

Glass Container:  No leaching from plastics, best way to store honey long-term.
